By downloading, installing, or using the Otaku AI Chrome Extension (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Otaku AI is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered insights, portfolio tracking, and interaction capabilities for crypto assets. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and utility purposes only.
3. User Responsibilities & Security
- Wallet SecurityYou are solely responsible for the security of your crypto wallets and private keys. Otaku AI is a non-custodial service; we do not have access to your private keys or funds. We cannot recover lost funds or access your wallet if you lose your keys.
- Google AuthenticationWe use Google Sign-In for authentication purposes only. Signing in with Google does not grant us access to control your Google Account, read your emails, or access your wallet funds. It is strictly used to identify you within our Service.
- Legal UseYou agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Disclaimers
The information provided by Otaku AI, including token analysis, portfolio data, and AI responses, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You should conduct your own research and consult with a qualified professional before making any investment decisions.
Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence. AI models can sometimes generate incorrect or misleading information ("hallucinations"). You should independently verify any information provided by the AI before relying on it.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Otaku AI and its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otaku AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We provide this Service as-is and cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
